Ladder preparation for Electrophoresisv
1. Mix 1 volume of RNA ladder with 3 volumes of 2X RNA Loading Dye.
2. Incubate at 65°C for 5 minutes.
3. Load 0.5 μL of the prepared ladder for every mm of gel lane width (e.g., 4 μL for an 8 mm lane).Applications

1. To avoid ribonuclease contamination, using RNase-free water is necessary for sample dilution.
