Accutase® serves as an effective alternative to Trypsin for cell dissociation. This ready-to-use cell detachment solution combines collagenolytic and proteolytic enzymes. Specifically designed for the routine detachment of adherent cells, it facilitates the smooth release of cells from tissue culture plates and flasks.

Its versatility shines, with successful sub-culturing of various cell types, including fibroblasts, endothelial cells, and embryonal stem cells.
